As founder and chief executive officer of Crisci Builders, Joe Crisci is responsible for determining the overall strategy and direction of the company.

Prior to forming Crisci Builders, Crisci served as an engineer and carpenter in charge of remodeling and construction for an area casino. While there, he formed a small millwork company on the side. Crisci Builders entered the Nevada market in 1990 and has since completed renovations and ground-up construction for respected companies such as Bank of America, the Howard Hughes Corporation, Crescent Partners and Thomas & Mack Development. During its third annual Small Business Excellence Awards in 2008, the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce honored Crisci Builders as 'Small Business of the Year.'

Crisci received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from St. Bonaventure University in New York. He also completed honors studies at Castleton State University in Vermont and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

He is a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, the Nevada Development Authority, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) of Southern Nevada, the Associated General Contractors of Las Vegas and the Better Business Bureau.

As president of Crisci Builders, a Las Vegas-based general construction and project management firm, Benjamin Cornwall is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and securing new business opportunities.

Cornwall brings more than 20 years of construction industry experience to Crisci Builders. He has served as project manager for various clients including Fratelli Development, Clark County, City of Henderson, City of Las Vegas, Boyer Company, Grubb and Ellis, Meadows School and TIC/Siemens Westinghouse.

Prior to joining the company in 1998, he served as building and planning director for Lander County Nevada, where he managed the building department and planning commission. Cornwall was also in charge of the Capital Improvement Program for the County. He previously owned his own company, Ben D. Cornwall Construction.

A native Las Vegan, Cornwall is a graduate of Western High School. He has certifications in ICBO, FEMA and APA. The Las Vegas Business Press named Cornwall one of its 10 “Rising Stars of Business” of 2009.

In his position as controller, Dan Ferraro oversees all accounting and financial aspects of Crisci Builders. He brings more than 20 years of construction finance experience to the company.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as director of administrative services at American Asphalt and Grading. Previously, Ferraro was regional controller for Gypsum Construction, managing the company’s finances in Nevada, California and Arizona.

Ferraro received his bachelor of science degree in Accounting from the University of Utah. He is currently associated with the Construction Financial Management Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the International Risk Management Institute.

As director of business development for Crisci Builders, Scott Crisci is responsible for acquiring new projects, maintaining client relations and securing additional work from existing clients.

Previously, Crisci served as real estate development manager for the construction company, where he was responsible for locating and purchasing land, overseeing private projects, building investor relationships and handling client networks. Prior to that, he was an assistant project manager, where he helped estimate, bid and manage the firm’s multiple projects.

Crisci graduated from the Southern Nevada School of Real Estate in 2004 and obtained his real estate license through the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. He donates his free time to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

As a project manager for Crisci Builders, Paul Auzenne is responsible for estimating, bidding and managing multiple construction projects.

Auzenne brings more than 22 years of construction experience to Crisci Builders. Prior to his promotion, he served as a superintendent for the firm, where his responsibilities included scheduling subcontractors, overseeing onsite activities during the course of construction and handling quality control of the project from start to finish.

Previously, Auzenne served as a superintendent for two local firms in Las Vegas, where he supervised construction personnel. He also served as a municipal inspector, where he examined commercial and residential projects during all stages of construction to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Auzenne is currently a certified member of the International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO) and the International Code Council (ICC). A native Las Vegan, he is also affiliated with the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

As a project manager for Crisci Builders, Frank Barrera is responsible for estimating, bidding and managing multiple construction projects for the general contracting firm.

Barrera brings 19 years of construction industry knowledge to Crisci Builders. He previously served as a superintendent for the firm, where his responsibilities included scheduling subcontractors, overseeing onsite activities during the course of construction and handling quality control of projects from start to finish.

Prior to joining Crisci Builders, Barrera served as a superintendent for another local firm where he organized and coordinated bidding for projects. In all, he has over 14 years of experience as a construction superintendent. Barrera also has experience as a carpenter and foreman, performing all phases of rough carpentry and managing field operations and framing.

Barrera received his high school degree from Verdugo Hills High School in Tujunga, Calif. He gained on-the-job training experience through a carpentry apprenticeship in 1992.

As a project manager for Crisci Builders, Eric J. Tune, P.E. coordinates and manages subcontractors for a variety of construction projects in public and private land development.

Tune brings more than 12 years of real estate and engineering experience to the company. Previously, he served as the manager of land planning and development for two local homebuilders, where he oversaw architects, engineers and contractors for single-family and multi-family residential developments. Prior to that, he was a project manager for Stanley Consultants, a firm offering engineering, environmental and construction services.

Tune received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1999. He is a licensed professional civil engineer in the States of Nevada and Arizona and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Tune is also a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) through the Green Building Certification Institute, supported by the U.S. Green Building Council.
